Film Commission of Valle d’Aosta

The Film Commission, along with its Foundation, supports and develops the movie and audiovisual industry to promote the area and to foster local entrepreneurship and employment.  In addition, it trains, coordinates film exhibitions and protects and promotes the local audiovisual assets and patronage.

Aosta Valley Region

The autonomous region of Aosta Valley is located in northwest Italy bordered by France and Switzerland. Lying in the Western Alps, it’s known for the iconic, snow-capped peaks the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso. Major ski resorts include Courmayeur and Cervinia. Reading Musical Foundation

Over 80 years old, RMF is a public charity that provides financial support for music presenters in Berks County, music scholarships by audition and in response to financial need, and extensive music outreach, including programs in most of Berks County’s public and parochial schools – RMF website

Reading Film Office

A key role of the ReadingFilm Office is to continue to grow educational programs, events and activities to engage the community. Using film and filmmaking as means for storytelling, bringing attention to significant societal issues and providing a voice to all members of the community is integral to the ReadingFilm Office’s mission and values. The Carolyn & Jerry Holleran Foundation

This is a private foundation, headquartered in Wyomissing, PA.  The foundation supports the arts, social services and community development in Reading-Berks, PA.

John Pierre Battersby Campitelli, who has helped more than 400 adoptees connect with their origins and their families for the past 30 years.  He moderates a private social media group to connect adoptees and build their communities.

This organization, lead by Karen Wilson-Buterbaugh, provides research and inquiry into adoption practices between 1945 and 1972.  Wilson-Buterbaugh is the author of the seminal book, The Baby Scoop Era:  Unwed Mothers, Infant Adoption, Forced Surrender
